Read Manchester Docket Entries
Common docket terms are short but important. Plaintiff means the party starting a civil case. Defendant means the party sued in civil court or charged in a criminal case. Use PACER only for federal dockets. State Superior Court, probate, and town records remain in their separate Connecticut or Manchester systems.
